2. Accounts and Access
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security incident.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Uploading unlawful, discriminatory, or infringing content.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
- Using the Services to make unlawful hiring decisions or violate employment laws.
- Submitting sensitive personal data without a lawful basis and appropriate notice.
- Circumventing usage limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
4. User Content and Licenses
You retain ownership of resumes, job descriptions, and other content you submit (“User Content”). You grant HRVeda a limited license to host, process, and display User Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Services you request.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit User Content and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party rights.
5. AI-Generated Outputs
Our tools may generate scores, summaries, recommendations, and other outputs using automated systems. These outputs are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, HR, or employment advice.
You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs before making hiring or business decisions. HRVeda does not guarantee that outputs will be accurate, complete, or free from bias.
6. Plans, Billing, and Trials
Paid features, subscription terms, and billing cycles are described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, branding, design, and documentation, are owned by HRVeda or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
8. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HRVeda disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HRVeda will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or as required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
